AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!

Firstly - the process of arranging the visit was first class. Friendly, helpful and they tried hard to sort out an earlier appointment for our boiler issue.

Thats where the great service stops.

Engineer arrived, no tools in hand, my wife was on her own in the apartment, and his attitude made her feel extremely uncomfortable. She called me on speakerphone to see if his attitude changed ... it did. Slightly.

He turned on the boiler, let it boot up properly, listened to the gurgling noise, looked at the error code - had to call other engineers to ask what the error code meant - didn't really open up the boiler to check anything and then "condemned" the boiler on the spot telling us it a "corroded heat exchanger" and that Able Group would refuse to give a quote for its replacement until the building management company check the guttering [There is NO issue with the guttering]

He REMOVED the fuse from the boiler without telling us, and left.

Fast forward 24hour - had another guy into quote for a new boiler as given the attitude of the plumber from Able he wasnt interested in helping, and Able Group didnt want the business.

The new plumber was shocked that the fuse was removed without our knowledge or permission.

He refused to quote for a new boiler without first checking what the problem was. He spent 10 minutes performing basic checks and informed us that the Plumber from Able Group didnt even check the basics. It was a blocked condensate pipe - it took him 15 minutes to sort out .. and he was onsite for 45 minutes .... and was "embarrassed" to charge me a full hour for something that Able Group charged me £98 + VAT for each thirty minutes.

I very much hope this is the exception - but I would strongly advice anyone NOT to use ABLE GROUP - especially if you are a woman on your own!

Making this simple and easy!

Moving is the most traumatic of experiences and with us, everything that could go wrong - did. Multiple times.

Throughout the entire process Aaisha Ajmal was there for us. Calm, reasuring, unbelievably professional and I dint know how bad this would have been without all her support.

Aaisha - you truly are amazing!!!

You cant leave a 0 Star rewiew!

This is a a HORRENDOUS company - they rip of leaseholders, dont publish accounts, never update or respond on anything logged on Dwellant. They have not consulted ANY leaseholder on Section 20 consultations in the last yera, no accounts published, no AGM published.

Moore Close in Southampton is a disgrace. New locks on Utilities doors so you cant read a meter! The Apartment buildings are a mess - filthy and stained carpets, damaged walls, and worse!

I'm so fed-up with the rubbish service. and a group of us are now exploring "right to manage"

2 hours, £400!! And a blown turbo …….

So this was an unusual one as it was excess oil eager than wrong fuel. Speedy service and had a nice guy out at 11pm - after nearly 2 hours of sucking out the oi, it was low enough, We took the car out for a run to burn of the excess oil in the exhaust and my Turbo blew!

So having waited for 6 hours for the RAC who then wouldn’t fix it - I had to wait 3 hours for a relay truck as my card now faces a huge repair bill …..

Very expensive

Make sure you ARE covered ..

Make sure you ARE covered ... John Lewis Home Insurance dont do any due diligence UNTIL you make a large claim and then find every route to NOT pay.

I have been left with a multi thousand pound bill for storm damage and i failed to declare a claim on a specialist BIKE insurance Policy and John Lewis - one of the most iconic british brands cancelled my policy.

Do NOT use WREN!!!!

Do NOT use WREN. Excellent kitchens- APPALLING Service

Consumers have NO RIGHTS or PROTECTION under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 - We have £900 of LED lighting we couldn't use because we made a small change and INCREASED the size of our kitchen with the help and support of Wren themselves .. but as a direct result we ended up [thanks to WREN] with lights that were NOT as expected - ie. SMART lights when that was specifically requested and 1.5m short of LED strips, and underpowered controllers.

WREN HAVE WASHED THEIR HANDS OF IT COMPLETELY.

DO NOT USE WREN - Use ANYONE else

** UPDATED - Wren have said they have NO RETURNS Policy - thus they are acting in contravention of an act or parliament.

They have further said to me that its my fault as i should have check that what i asked for is for what they ordered, despite a further problem with an item turning up that didnt match the description

FANTASTIC Design - WOEFUL post order care - AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Absoloutly thrilled with the Design and the designer .. totally understood what we wanted and our vision

However, thanks to her EXCELENT work we changed the design slightly after delivery and we happily spent another THOUSAND on work surfaces and end panels to create a breakfast bar.

However we are now left with nearly £1000 of lights we cant use and WREN are REFUSING to take refund. We cant use them thanks to the changed design which needed MORE lights and WREN offered us a 6-8 week delivery.

DISGUSTED by the this appalling treatment and the DONT make it clear they REFUSE to give refunds.

So - now - rather than "making do" and accepting that 8 of our flat matt pencil grey infinity plus kitchen doors have tiny imperfections .... I will now be ordering replacements for EVERY one.

I cannot rate these guys highly enough

I cannot rate these guys highly enough. Kits ordered a couple of weeks ago following advice that there could be delays.

I wanted to double check a few points - 15 minutes waiting to get through (not bad at all). And completely removed with excellent follow up.
Samples hand delivered to the drop-off
