It was the first time I booked using easy jet. I didn't realise that it showed me the flights from the day before and after. I cancelled right away. They didn't sent a confirmation mail. Those were negative sides.
When I contacted the customer agent, he was friendly and helpful and quick to help me.
It was also possible to cancel within 24 hours which is also positive.
