We had an order shipped to us after waiting over a month for it which was explained in advance due to stock issues but the order arrived and was incorrect. Since then customer service has been terrible, no response and finally a refund which we didn’t want. We wanted the items we ordered, now left with a room with incomplete lighting, having paid tax on the incorrect items shipped and no response from lamptwist. I waited in online chat for an hour without response, sent emails and filled in forms without reply. No phone number to call.

Terrible customer service, been waiting 3 months for a delivery and despite raising a ticket several times after only getting a holding response each time I’ve given up. Now I’m using my credit card provider to get a refund on my behalf.
