Game changer

I’ve struggled a lot with my tummy over the last few years. Doctors just try to throw drugs at it rather than find the route of the problem. I’m pretty sure it was an ulcer. After being on Omeprazole and having side effects with that I decided to try focul. Although it tastes a bit grim, it’s the only thing that seems to settle my issues which get better and better the more I take it. The acid reflux has massively subsided. I’ve found mixing with blackcurrant squash helps take the bitterness out. So glad I tried it although wouldn’t mind it being a bit cheaper 😉

If I could give 0 I would. Do not order from these scammers. Products are rubbish and they will not cancel your order or give you a refund as do not adhere to any of their policies. Still trying to get my money back for a product I accidently purchased. They lie to Paypal and the products will cause harm to your pets.

If I could put 0 stars I would.
Do not order from this company. I placed an order then requested to cancel it within minutes.
Email on order confirmation bounced back.
Went via PayPal and the company lied about it being shipped therefore would not cancel the order. This is a lie as I received an email stating it had been shipped 2 days later.
Still battling to get my money back.

Awful, total lack of support with major faults in being able to top up the card. Do not get!

Awful. Was all set up to use the card in the USA. After 2 days attempted to top up and was unable to. 4 days on still unable to top up - email address is pointless despite putting URGENT and providing necessary details no one has fixed it. So much for 24/7 support. Unable to phone from abroad. Did attempt to contact via WhatsApp and got a little further only for the advisor to pull out of the chat on a technicality. Half way through my holiday now with the card still not working and now have incurred countless fees as had to use my credit card.
Appalling lack of customer service or responsibility. Should not be advertising 24/7 support when clearly it is not accessible.
Clearly the automated response below hasn’t actually read my complaint - unable to phone and no one replies to the emails!

Currently stuck in America unable to…

Currently stuck in America unable to top up the travel card with a message ‘there is an issue with our payment system’. Only option is to phone but I don’t have international phone option on my ESIM. Cannot contact anyone and it takes up to 15 days for a complaint to be resolved! I have sent 4 separate emails to the email address provided below now over the course of 2 days and still no reply.
Absolutely appauling
Have sent emails and put Urgent with still no fix.

Still waiting to my 72 plug plants despite ordering them months ago. No useful tracking info other than ‘end of April’.

No email received yet and it’s now 25th April 🤷‍♀️

Shockingly poor service

Shockingly poor service. Boiler not serviced since 2017 after yearly no shows after appointments made for engineers to attend.
Ridiculous automated phone booking system that doesn’t work.
Lies about engineers visiting and servicing the boiler on the records when they haven’t.
Lies by customer service operators stating complaints have been raised when they are not even logged.
Incompetent administration putting customers names to the wrong address and sending inaccurate reports.
Inability to fix problems
