Order came within the specified time frame. No damage to any of the boxes and all working as expected. I recommend the Ontario Airjet with the additional thermal cover; certainly seeing savings on my energy bill.
We remortgaged from Halifax to NatWest. This was my first time going through a remortgage process and NatWest instructed ONP to work on their behalf.
The process was really smooth and efficient. The app is great for updates and messages
ONP were also able to process our help to buy repayment and update the land registry with my partner's new married name and I thought their fees for doing both of these were very reasonable.
Everything went as planned and the completion date was incredibly smooth with the excess refunded funds being invmy bank by mid morning.
I would definitely recommend this firm and a big thanks to our case handler Bethany for getting us over the line without any issues.

Your fees to purchase shares are far too expensive
I like the app and everything within it but I cannot justify £11.95 per transaction when I can do the same on other trading platforms for next to nothing
Please consider reducing your fee

No issues when working ok but when you need assistance, The help you receive is shocking . Received a charge back for a refund that hadn't gone through which was sum ups fault. Yet I got a charge back of £101 + £10 admin fee for it

professional from the start. after enquiring a surveyor came out a week or so later to measure and check the loft over. I was sent a quote as soon as she was finished before she even left.
I was then able to pay the 10 percent deposit and progress my finance application online which was really simple.
a few weeks later a friendly chap named Rob arrived. he'd text me 30 mins before to give an ETA which was appreciated. appreciate he had to work alone during the current lockdown, wore his face mask and was very professional. Robert finished the job very promptly. once finished he allowed me to go up and inspect his work. he demonstrated how the ladder pulled down and how to store it away when finished afterwards. all the mess was taken away and or hoovered up.
it's been a really seamless process from the survey, to payment and finally to installation and i would highly recommend instaloft to install raised flooring in your new build property
