A very professional and kind team…

A very professional and kind team installed a new Panel in my flat.
Today, Danny from Technical department, guided me through the thermostats instructions. Danny was very professional, very patient and very kind! I am extremely grateful for all his help. Thank you Danny very much

I had a very kind and extremely helpful from Binita. She patiently explained the move procedure, as i was leaving the property and moving to the new one. She arranged a new contact. I felt that I was in really 'good hands' thank you Binita!!

Bad service

I have ordered Dualit breakfast set on the 22nd October. One item was not the correct one, till now, 18th November I still have not received replacement!!
It is impossible to communicate with any one at Debenhams, a few messages back leading to nothing!
Extremely poor service!!

The very bad service, wrong item was sent to me

The wrong item was sent to me! It is IMPOSSIBLE to get help. I am extremely stressed and extremely disappointed with the Debenhams service.
Never again will shop with you.
