PLEASE AVOID unless you have some very deep pockets!!
Spent £15K+ for seven radiators and 1 x Aquafficient water heating unit in 2024. No real problem with installation team, but after trying to heat our home, we have seen our electric bills increase to ridiculous levels, despite the promise of "efficient heating". The radiators are pretty hopeless at warming the property, and because of the cost of running them we are very reluctant to turn them on at all. (example: December 2025 = £370.96, January 2026 = £439.14 and we have solar panels!!). That is for a maximum of four radiators in use and one hour of Aquafficient water heating per day)
Despite previous requests for the removal of the system Fischer have refused as they only permit cancellation within 14 days of install (great if the system can be used to assess it, say, in December, but not in April/May post- install).
Despite the effective loss of £15K+, we are so unhappy with Fischer equipment / promises, that we are going back to gas central heating. That hurts!! but we need to be warm and able to afford to achieve this.
Read the reviews before committing, installation reviews do NOT give the full picture, and Fischer's responses are typical scripted rubbish. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

New High Retention heaters fitted very recently. All went well and the heaters worked well for 24 hours!!
Then I had a powercut and had to start thinking about the programming again. Not my best point but with the backup provided by Fischer we were down for only the minimum time.
All good now and had to take my pullover off today, they work!!

From first contact, my experience with Fischer was excellent. The surveyor explained my heating options clearly and I had the confidence to sign up on the day as I was given all the information I needed in a clear way. The installation date was brought forward because of a cancellation and I was impressed by the installers who protected my property and cleaned up after themselves, removing all rubbish and vacuuming. One of the installers clearly explained how to use the thermostat. I am delighted with my new Fischer Classic electric radiators.

We had four Classic heaters fitted to replace our aging storage heaters. The agent measured our rooms and suggested the sizes we needed. The team fitting the heaters were very friendly and efficient. The problem we have found is that although the suggested heating bill savings would be in the region of 30% in actual fact our bill has doubled according to our Smartmeter. With the storage heaters and normal useage our daily cost was around £5 but using the Fischer heaters on program setting we saw our daily bill double in cost. The heaters also drain our solar panel battery. We now have set all the heaters to the economy setting and manually increase the temperature when necessary. Not exactly an effective energy cost exercise.

Fischer installed 3 electric radiators and an Aquafficient Electric boiler. Installation was excellent and very quick. The Aquafficient electric boiler is amazing - we have hot water all day now. The electric radiators are great too. Still tweaking them to work for us. We had to get rid of our electric shower as it would not work with the new boiler, so we installed new bathroom taps with a shower hose attached. It has the same power as a power shower - absolutely fab.

So far absolutely delighted.
Dan and Jacob arrived on time, both friendly and professional, installation took approx 5 hours, all rubbish taken away.
Good detailed explanation on how the system works.
