Rang on Friday to ask about Hommix Savona Brushed Nickel Pull-Out Spray-Hose 3-Way Tap. Jay took the call to explain the product, and took my email to send a video of the product within the hour so that I can fully understand the product. The email never arrived. I even checked my spam folder. Will look at other suppliers.

The team at the gate was warm and friendly, despite the weather being wet and cold. The only let down was they forgot to hand out our drinks coupons which we had to return after checking with the staff at Planet Cafe. My boys really like the Dome Show: We Are Stars, and the big telescope.

I would have given a five star but the unit came in three boxes, and the box with the table top had wood frame surrounding the package box. It was difficult to get the wood off without damaging the package box. The instruction for placing the table top unit was also unclear. Otherwise, we are please with the table.
Order the cake 3 days in advance. Received call on the day the photo could not be read. Had to rush to find an alternative photo for the cake. The cake had too much cream.
Ordered some A4 paper and HP Inkjet cartridges on 4 Dec. The goods arrived on 5 Dec. Highly recommended.

We order 4 dining chairs and one of the chair was unstable after assembling the parts together. We sent a video of the defective chair and a replacement was sent but it had the same problem. After reporting the same issue, we were sent another replacement chair, but on this occasion the dining chair was fully assemble without the defect. Great service from the customer service team.

One of the mattress cover has several stains on arrival. A phone call to customer service and a replacement was sent out.

Please accept my apologies for the issues you have faced. This is certainly not the experience we expect our customers to have. I would really like to investigate this further with the hope of resolving it for you, however I have been unable to locate your Sales Order with the information you have provided.
Please can you provide me either with your Sales Order Number or your Postcode and I will certainly come back to you.
Terrible customer service support. Ordered 30M of softwood and 11 pieces of plywood. As order was over £500, delivery was free. Delivered 6 pieces of softwood, 5 x 540cm and 1 x 310cm but one of the 540cm was damaged. Arranged redelivery of damaged 540cm softwood but got delivered 500cm. Rejected delivery as length is too short and I need the full 540cm. Customer service informed the longest piece they have is 500cm and refunded the 540cm wood. When I contacted transport department I was told they can deliver 2 x 270cm but was told as the money has been refunded, I need to reorder. I contacted customer support on delivery charge as the new order will be below £500 and was informed I need to paid delivery as it is a new order. Escalated issue to Ecommerce Manager which was also non-supportive.
How can this be a new order? I never requested a refund! This was done by customer support without contacted me whether I would take 2 x 270cm instead of 540cm. So irresponsible! I will never use Builder Depot again.

I really apologise that you had a problem with your order.
I can see that the order was placed on July 7th, 2021. After investigating, I can explain our understanding, so you have a complete picture of the policies.
I can see you emailed us on July 12th, 2021 to say one of the pieces of wood arrived damaged, and you would like a replacement. We replaced this piece for you on July 14th, 2021.
You then emailed us to state that the length was smaller than what you needed. You requested a piece 5.4 m long. The product page states: "Please note that the minimum order quantity for this product is in metres, which will be supplied in random lengths between 2.1 m and 5.1 m."
I am afraid we could not provide you with the length you wanted since the largest is 5.1 m, and they do come in random length's. We therefore refunded you the damaged piece in full.
I hope we have rectified this positively for you and if there is anything else I can help with, please contact us and I would be happy to help.
I would have given it 5 star but the consignment was split into two delivery slot and the delivery from Fedex did not occurr on the day. Fedex delivered the following day.
We ordered three mattresses but due to warehouse being flooded the product was damaged. We were informed of the situation and was offered a full refund or wait for the next shipment. As we were not in a hurry, we opted to wait for the next shipment and expect delivery in two weeks time.
