This company is a complete farce…my…

This company is a complete farce…my transfer on arrival took me to the wrong place as the company hadn’t bothered to update the paperwork, I’m now sitting here on my last day after trying to get hold of the company for the last two days to confirm my departure transfer on hold as on the beach decided to cancel my departure transfer after assuring me they has corrected their error..I’m on hold waiting for someone to answer the phone to sort out my transfer. This company is a mickeymouse farce..they apologize a lot but actually do nothing to make up for their mistakes. Finally the fact that they are still using Covid as a reason to keep me on hold is laughable. Inapt at best…not giving a toss is probably more accurate

Darren Firth who I worked with was very open…

Darren Firth who I worked with was very open to understanding my anxiety when renting out a commercial property.
From our very first phone call Darren understood the need to complete this process at my pace, Darren was very clear in explaining the legal process in a calm manner which ensured that I didn't feel intimidated about the process.
I cannot recommend Darren enough, his way of working is client lead, he friendly and a complete ally to his client. He is prompt in replying to messages, he will follow up with phone calls, and he will look out for your best interests.
If you need a solicitor who understands how daunting the legal process can be and is able to minimise the feelings of 'being lost' then Darren is the type of solicitor you need. I would not hesitate to recommend Darren and will always use him as my legal support

Brilliant service, professional standards

Tal fitted my boiler and radiators, from our initial consultation he had kept me informed of what he is doing and why. His attention to detail in his work has resulted in a excellent job with follow up care that ensures that he is available for any ongoing questions or enquires that i may have. Both Tal and Rich are reliable, they have treated my home with respect, going above and beyond to ensure i had heating quickly. As a single woman their respect for my house and towards me makes me confident that i picked the right team! Thank you, will definitely be recommending to friends and family
