Good neck and head support.

Derila pillow provides a balanced support to the neck and head even when lying on the side. I have only had the pillow for few weeks but experienced some good results in terms of reduced neck and shoulder pain.
I hope the seller will reduce the price of one off purchases so that more people can try and hopefully experience the benefits.

Product sold online when it wasn't in stock

Company advertised and sold a product which they couldn't find in their store. Company didn't tell me the problem until I chased, the delays in delivery.

The person who dealt with my email was very good. They kept me informed and ensured that the money was refunded quickly.
