Contacted by Ben, warm friendly service. Not at all pushy or condescending. Offered a fair price above previous offers from other auction type sites. Straightforward process to upload paperwork and images. Collection booked within 5 minutes of accepting the offer. Collection driver called twice before arrival to advise eta and was a nice
chap. Quick test drive and then a brief wait for the deal to be finalised and money arrived about 10 minutes later. Couldn't fault the company at all and will be recommending them to friends. Thank you!

Ordered product from Skechers which was due to be delivered by UPS sadly i couldn't rearrange delivery to another location but the driver realising i wasn't home to receive dropped off the parcel at a local collection point just across from my work! Super convenient!

Ordered a Samsung Galaxy Tab A. Was a bit worried about buying a refurb but when it arrived I couldn't tell it wasn't brand new aside from the generic packaging. The tablet is pristine and working beautifully. I'm so pleased with my purchase and highly recommend Yellowape 5* thanks so much!

Firstly the fantastic prices and short term contracts were the reason I contacted Aquiss. However the customer service I received was 5 star and really sold me on the switch. Been with Aquiss about 4 months and had zero issues. Their help team were outstanding when I needed assistance setting up the router, really patient and friendly. Can't recommend highly enough!
