My order was sent to the wrong name of a guy I e never heard of - I could never retrieve it with my ID and never received a QR code from DHL (who harassed me every day via WhatsApp to go and retrieve my order).
Now I also have to wait for it to be back in the US so they can reimburse me - I paid for a product I never received, The Bradery never respected the terms of our contract, and on top of that I have to show patience until their product is back in their base so I can get my own money back.
No commercial gesture for the time it made me loose and my money being out there for nothing. Not a voucher, nothing. Just a plain apology they actually could’ve kept for themselves.
Very disappointed of such a poor experience.
