I would give NO stars if I could

I would give NO stars if I could. I bought a Ring doorbell because of good reviews, so this is a warning. Everything else linked to my wifi works well. The doorbell doesn't. When it works it's good, but mostly it just can't pick up the signal. I've had BT check the signal strength, I've changed the handset I use to pick up pics. So If you live in a stone-built house, think twice

Good communication and timekeeping

Boarding information and timing perfect.
Pilots advised flight route, weather at destination and estimated arrival time, and updated this during the flight.
Cabin crew were helpful professional friendly and attentive.
Arrival was on time and passenger disboarding was efficient and friendly

They want payment when you book!

I received an invite in the post. I think years ago they were offering liposuction and I made an enquiry.
The tests on offer and the price seemed Ok so I rang to arrange a later appointment than that offered (I'm just getting over covid so lung function test would not be effective). I got an appointment in August, and so decided to add hubby to the system at the same price. Agent asked a few health questions offered some more expensive blood tests which I declined, then said they wanted payment today. For an appointment in August! Sorry folks. Not my bag.

Just OK

The plants took so long to arrive I had forgotten them, and this time of year in Aberdeenshire is not good for outside planting.
However the bare roots appear in good condition and they are currently languishing in compost in our unheated shed, until the weather warms.

Hi Margaret, thank you for your review. We don't send some perennial items until later in the year as they cannot be lifted until they start going into dormancy, we do send them at the best time for planting and as they are fully hardy then they will survive all but the harshest winters even in the first year of planting if not protected. Excellent communication throughout

Excellent communication throughout. The only reason its not 5 stars is that DPD let them down through an admin error, but they refunder THE WHOLE of teh delivery charge.
Easy to navigate website, good custoemer service by a person on phone, well packaged item, which works very well.
