Skip was delivered late, 2 arrived, collection took a whole month! Still trying to figure out what part was actually fast other than them taking our payment.

If I could give ZERO stars I would! Worst EVER. POOR communication. Ordered a kit for my son's birthday and it seemed to be taking forever, chased them up to be told that stock had just arrived and it was being dispatched. Again another LONG wait so contacted them again NO reply and then received dispatched email. Product arrived WRONG. Contacted them again back and forth emails went bearing in mind my son's birthday had already PASSED by 3 weeks now. Gave them a chance by asking when would new kit arrive NO REPLY. Requested refund TWICE and have been ignored. Contacted bank to get involved and awating my refund still because just RIDICULOUS! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE AVOID AVOID AVOID

Was ok but the software to create your desired product isn't that great. I was charged for postage for an error made not by myself but the software which I don't feel I should of had to pay. I personally wouldn't use photobox again as I have seen better with other companies.

I was happy with some of the items however there was an error made on one of them as my picture was returned with one photo being rotated despite me correcting this at the creation stage. Although credit was provided for the replacement I still had to pay for postage which I don't deem to be fair as it wasn't my error. For this I most likely wouldn't order from here again as it's not like postage is cheap.
