I saw an advertisement on Instagram, followed the link, and paid for access to the training, but apparently they mistakenly charged me for 17 euro. I wrote to customer support. Within a minute!, I received a response and the money was credited to my card at the same time. The level of service is just impressive. Thank you!

I took out insurance with AOC 10 months ago. I am STILL waiting for my card. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with in Germany. I call twice every month and ask when my card will be ready. And EVERY TIME the consultants say that the card will come to me in 10 DAYS. Maybe the problem is that we live in different time dimensions. But when I talk to a consultant, I have a feeling that they don't even open the computer to look at the information on my account. They probably have a basket from which they take out random sentences in turn to answer your questions.

Мені не подобається, що у всіх шаблонах резюме(крім одного) рівень володіння мовою вказується крапками чи зірками. Краще коли прописується рівень ( А1, В2)
