Easy to order and quick delivery. Sadly my sink was broken by a 3rd party courier but Minal at customer service gave me a full refund without any hassle and arranged a courier to come pick the broken items up next working day.

I ordered some sympathy flowers for a friends loss. I paid the premium to have them delivered on the day. They text me to say they couldn’t deliver that day but would deliver the next. It will be a week tomorrow since they were meant to arrive and still no flowers. I had emailed and text for 5 days with no response. Once I finally got a reply email, i asked if the flowers could still be delivered with a refund of the delivery charge as that service was not met. I went back and forth with the company who kept telling me they would not refund the £7.99 delivery charge despite the date not being met. I also received the same email from multiple employees who clearly were not reading the email thread. Finally, after telling them they were conning me, they agreed to deliver the flowers and give me a refund on the delivery… but still no flowers. I’m unsure as to what their idea of good customer service is?
