Attended National Tyres Worksop for MOT appointment to be told that my car is too big for their ramp. My car is a regular size hatchback. I took half a day off work for this. No attempt to rectify the situation by offering support to find an MOT elsewhere.

Recently moved my mobile over to my UW account (I have energy, boiler and home cover, home insurance and broadband with them already). Absolutely brilliant company! Professional, friendly and their customer service is excellent! Thank you, UW! 👏

Can I not give zero stars? Terrible online chat service. Finally find a phone number to speak to a human and I end up waiting 25 minutes to still be on hold. I’m getting charged for a phone number that should have been cancelled. Ended up moving to UW who are absolutely brilliant and very professional.

UW do things so much better than all of my previous providers put together! They are friendly, reliable and their support is wonderful to see - especially in a world where a lot of companies don’t have that much respect for their customers and only see the pound signs. UW’s services are reliable, great value and I have them all on one bill, which makes my life so much easier, too! Five stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Utility Warehouse give fantastic value for money, provide excellent customer service, and I always feel like I’m truly cared for and a valued customer. I’ve happily been with them for around 5 years now and would not even think of changing providers now!
