I strongly advise others to avoid using Zilch. If something goes wrong, don’t expect help. They do not care about customer concerns.
Completely Ignored, Rude Staff, and Fraud Complaint Unresolved – Shocking Behaviour :- Just last week, I noticed a payment of £43.36 deducted from my account by a company called XR Academy — a transaction I never authorized, approved via OTP, or confirmed in any way. Upon researching XR Academy on Truepilot, I found over 200 complaints from others reporting similar fraudulent activity.
I immediately contacted Zilch’s helpdesk and received a response from someone named Mr. Davis. I provided every piece of information requested. After 5 days, I received a short email stating: "Thanks for your enquiry. We investigated and found no fraudulent transaction." That’s it. No explanation. No clarity. No resolution.
This was shocking — how can they claim it’s not fraud when I never approved the payment in any form? Mr. Davis then closed the case without further discussion, and I was left with no refund and no real answers.
Their customer service is extremely unprofessional and rude, with zero accountability. Due to this appalling experience, I’ve now closed my Zilch account.
