Terrible
I ordered a skip online at the end of April, for delivery on 16th May. My husband received a call a couple of days later that unfortunately there had been a problem and that they wouldn't be able to fulfill our order (unless we wanted to hire a bigger skip!) My husband confirmed that this was no problem and to cancel the order. The person on the other end of the phone said that was fine and a full refund would be issued. I am now 2 weeks on and still no refund. I have left countless messages and get no reply. AVOID
