I ordered a skip online at the end of April, for delivery on 16th May. My husband received a call a couple of days later that unfortunately there had been a problem and that they wouldn't be able to fulfill our order (unless we wanted to hire a bigger skip!) My husband confirmed that this was no problem and to cancel the order. The person on the other end of the phone said that was fine and a full refund would be issued. I am now 2 weeks on and still no refund. I have left countless messages and get no reply. AVOID

I called in at Scrivens in Shirley, Solihull after being let down by another local optician and they were able to see me at 4.30pm however they took my number in case they had a cancellation. Went for my eye test which was very thorough. The staff were friendly and helpful
