Awesome customer service if you are patient.
After having starlink service for about 3 1/2 years the router died. I contacted customer service through chat and reported my problem. It took them until the next day to get back to me but they immeadiatly offered to replace my Gen 2 syatem with a gen 3 system without charge even though it was out of warranty. I was told it would be 5 business days to recieve but I got it in 3.
Not common with big companies anymore!
