Awesome customer service if you are patient.

After having starlink service for about 3 1/2 years the router died. I contacted customer service through chat and reported my problem. It took them until the next day to get back to me but they immeadiatly offered to replace my Gen 2 syatem with a gen 3 system without charge even though it was out of warranty. I was told it would be 5 business days to recieve but I got it in 3.
Not common with big companies anymore!

You represent the product as Japanese…

You represent the product as Japanese when it's actually a cheap Chinese knockoff. It is a cheap copy of a Huusk product that is Japanese steel and your product has 30% less material. your ads implied sheath included. When I bought the Huusk I paid $18 for knife and sheath.
I am editing my review because of company response. Matsato sent me the sheaths(4 all together) the knives were very sharp so there is that. Still thinner than Huusk but that's China for you.
Most stuff comes from china
