Complete waste of time dealing with…

Complete waste of time dealing with them. They will string you along for weeks and at the last moment find some ridiculous excuse to say no. It doesn't even make sense. They also advertise 8% but in reality its 14%. Im sure they have enough "fine print" to make it legal but its a bait and switch.

The Crate Flexible Office Space…

The Crate Flexible Office Space (website thecrate.co.nz) entered into an agreement with our company. The agreement was 1 page with basic terms and conditions.

A year later, one of their employees misunderstood/didn't read the agreement and was upset when the contract automatically renewed as stated on the agreement.

They continued to threaten us and avoid any accountability.

They are continuing to threaten us today and we will not be bullied into doing something. They have used every tactic possible "We will report you to the government", "We will post about your online", etc.. All just a basic bullying strategy to get us to do what they want "or else". Won't work with us and you should be careful too. This type of behavior often results in defamation and/or a lawsuit.

We highly advise any company that is entering into an agreement with any monetary value to be cautious. This goes for any software providers, financial institutions, real estate holdings. Some customers are just not worth the headache.

If an organization can't be trusted to respect the terms and conditions they put their signature on and will ignore it to suit their needs at a later time, it is very hard to avoid conflict with them.

Just so your legal or compliance team can be aware, they have violated many clause within the agreement including a NDA. Showing complete disregard for mutually agreed upon terms.

After spending over $30,000 with…

After spending over $30,000 with Apollo.io we have officially parted ways on bad terms.

Let me tell you why…

First, they lie and try to trick you by making it difficult to get answers.

Second, they promise things and then 9 weeks later tell you it’s not possible.

Third, they don’t reply hoping you forget and your contract auto renews.

Fourth, after all their attempts fail, they make up some excuse about you being a competitor? And cancel your agreement. When they cancel your account they don't even reimburse you for the prepaid credits you had and the months you paid for in advance. I lost over $1000 to them.

This company is a joke and I can’t wait to see them replace by something better!

We are witnessing the fall of AirBNB…

We are witnessing the fall of another tech company.

Be very careful how much time or money you invest in this company.

They are getting desperate. Trying to hustle everyone and take advantage of their customers and not protect them when a host is trying to scam the guest.

Review of DocuSign

desperate to increase revenues

Overall a great product but they seem desperate to increase revenues.

Last week DocuSign tried to bully me into going from $600 per year to $6000. Without any justification.

They wanted to force me to pay a mandatory 17% support fee. Considering that in 7 years I have only contacted their support twice I found it ridiculous.

Guess what? PandaDoc offers the exact same service without the gimmicky and hidden price increases and we switched to them.

I think it was a really bad move on their part.
