Lovely item, fast delivery and very competitive price

Returned the phone as it had a screen and microphone issue, they advised if they couldn’t repair the phone, they would replace it, if they didn’t have a replacement then they would refund it, fair enough.

After saying they couldn’t repair the phone, they advised they didn’t have a replacement so issued me a refund, however they DID have a replacement available on backmarket… only that the price was £50 dearer than what I originally paid for!

No regard for customer satisfaction, avoid.
