Chaotic delivery with UPS and no sizing chart available
The pants I ordered are great and fit perfectly.
However, the order-process is lacking. I couldn't find a sizing-chart and had to order by change, hoping it would fit. I tried to contact your service but never got a reply.
Also, delivery with UPS was chaotic. Instead of my home address, the delivery was supposedly shipped to an UPS access point. When I tried to pick it up there, they didn't have the parcel. Instead, it did get delivered home, but the notifications were all wrong.

I do apologize for the experience that you have had with us. Obviously, this is not the kind of standard we wish to provide our customers.
In your order, you have to state your delivery address for delivery method purposes, which is not necessarily linked or consistent with an automatic home delivery. That means that you might type in your delivery address and the delivery method might be chosen as a parcel shop solution, as your case shows characteristics of. If a home delivery is needed, it would, therefore, be needed to be stated in the requested delivery method.
