Let me start off with the clothes I recieved were good, and I am happy with the ones I decided to keep. and I am not ever one to writes reviews of anything.
As of 13/1-2026 I am still in a "dialogue" with customer support about my refund on the clothes I returned.
I had placed an online order around black friday which I picked up the following week, where I returned some items to a physical store in Aalborg on the 11/12, where I was informed that the money would be returned to the card where it was purchased from.
On the 18/12 I write to the customer support, that I had returned some clothes last week in their physical store, and I still had not recieved my money. In the mail I attached my first order for 964,25 DKK, and what it was changed and the new amount of 524,23 DKK.
On the same date I received a mail that they could not see my return in their system, and that I had to confirm if I had returned it through their online portal.
This is even though I had mentioned that I returned it in a store. which I mentioned in a mail, in addition to what the store assistant told me that the money would be returned to the same card that did the purchase.
On the 19/12 I recieved a mail where they said that when they have recieved the returned clothes in the physical store in Aalborg, they would start the return transaction.
On the 20/12 I asked what they meant by when they have recieved the returned clothes in the store, as I was in the store returning the clothes on the 11/12, as I had mentioned.
On the 21/12 they asked me to mentioned which clothes I had returned, even though I had attached two pictures of the change in my order after in my first mail on the 18/12.
I answered the same day that I had attached these pictures along with my order number earlier, but i mentioned the clothes I had returned here anyways.
On the 22/12 I was asked if I need a return of 495,23 DKK
I answer the same day that its not correct, I am only owed 440,02 DKK
On the 23/12 I recieved a mail that the return payment has been complete.
I decide to wait due to bank holidays.
On the 25/12 I get an automated email about how my experience was.
On the 31/12 I write on the same thread that I still have not recieved my money, even though it was set to be completed on the 22/12.
On the same day I get an answer that by further studies that there seems to have been a technical error, which has delayed my return, even though it was marked as complete on the 22/12. I was told it was escaladed to the economicsteam for immidiate follow up.
My patience was appretiated and I was told I would be keept updated on the case as soon as the return is complete.
I wait till the 8/1 to ask if there is anything new in the case of my return, which I still had not recieved.
On the 9/1 I am told it was already refunded, and asked if I had not recieved any payment.
On the same day I say I have not recieved any return of my money from TeeShoppen.
On the 11/1 I am told that an error occurs when they try to make the return of my money. I am asked to provide my bank details so they can make a transfer.
I answer the same day with my bank details.
On the 12/1 I am asked if its the required account number I have provided.
I answer on the same day that yes those are my account details which I was asked about.
As mentioned, as of writing this review I still have not recieved my money, even though it is over a month ago I returned the clothes.
I feel as if there is a major spot for improvement here. I am well aware some of the time was allocated to holidays etc.
I also felt as if my mails were not read by the numerous amount of employees that I was mailing back and forth to, such as which items I had returned, to the amount I was due, to them questioning the details I had submitted, it felt as if it was being dragged on for far too long.
After this experience I am not sure that I will be buying clothes from Teeshoppen again, in fear that I am in for another round of this if I am ever to return any items again.

Ordered a package deal for a sweater and a winter jacket, where the winter jacket option included a coat. The estimated discount for the package was 1600 SEK.
The coat was thin and not at all warm, and it can in no way be classified as a "winter jacket."
They are engaging in false advertising and furthermore expect the customer to pay the return cost for their scam. Not a serious seller.
Even the website and return portal are full of translation errors.
Edit: I changed from 1 star to 2 stars, I got the reurn fee paid for by them.
Still 2 stars though since the estimated value for the coat seemed much higher than the estimated value and it was marketed as a winter jacket.
Good customer suppert.

The fit was ok but the fabric was a shiny cheap polyester feel. Not like the original performance pants. Dissapointing, will not buy from here again.

I ordered products and received on time. However, the ı need to change the product since ıt not fotted me. So i returned product in 15 days return policy and wanted give another change so i choose the gift card instead and i ordered new products.
HOWEVER THE PRODUCT WAS ALSO BAD WHICH I CAN NOT WEAR!.
So ı returned product, and wanted my money back. It is written that it can take 10-15 days! Already more than 15 days and i did not received any money back. I contact the customer service they told me since it is payed with gift card they sent the money to gift card! When i asked so where is the gift card and that i dont want any gift card! NO ANSWER. The phone number is WRONG. I can not reach anyone anf my money gone!!
Stay away from teeshoppen. You will end up without product and money.

I got a maıil unfortunately from not Josephine! I got answer to all my maıl that ı have sent before ı dıd a claım here.
Answer ıs same : we can not send you the money to the bank account since you payed wıth gıft card that done by us.
I can understand the policy. however still no answer where ıs the gıft card. Even ı asked ı got answer as like automated message. We replied youin last mail. Yes they replied but ın the mail stay no any answer to my questıon. Whıch is whre ıs my gıft card than.
Anyway ı wiil recommend to everyone stays away from thıs seller. As soon as the product sıze good and pass you wıll not have any problem. However when the product ıs not pass and ıf you made return theoretically you wıll be trapped and wıll not got any money back unless you agreed to pay shıppıng cost whıch ıs hıgh so you chose gıft card to gıve them one more change and yoj select new product. Than ıf you have one more tıme an ıssue they will say to you ohh you payed wıth gıft card so you have to buy product because not possible to get money back.
In Anyway they do not clearıfıed even where ıs your gıft card ! I try to use the old gıft card but seems ıt ıs not valıd. They wıll play around wıth maıls wıth short answers like:
Dıd you sent product back?
And you answer them and you get second question? Is all product back? Yes than ome more mail the money already ın your gıft car.
Where ıs my gıftcard?
I replıed you already ın the last maıl.
STAY AWAY. I never had thıs trap and experience even wıth unknown onlıne chıneese supplıers that usualy people afraıd to use.

I use their pants, but they take a long time to restock their products. And can not even tell when something will be back in stuck... Have waited for a year for something to get restocked but apparently never gonna happen...
