The customer service is some of the best I have experienced. They contacted me when there was an issue with my order, not via email but by calling my mobile.

One of the items I ordered they thought was in their warehouse but turns out they needed to order it in, they told me the rough wait time and when I should get my order.

Once sent, I got an email from royal mail telling me they have my parcel and had great tracking, and when it was delievered I also got another email confirming this and where they delivered it to which was my enclosed porch.

I ordered some gift cards online at the start of the week, by thursday I was getting worried so I reached out on Friday morning. A customer representative called Lojain Amr helped me out to find out the issue on late delivery. They were extremely paitent and helpful, in the end when emailing it arrived in the morning's post.

Overall I haven't had this great of an experience with a representative in years, and if the rest of the Blackwell team is like this, then I will make this my main bookstore.
