Best Training Provider!!!
The Knowledge Academy and everyone I have been in touch with have been simply amazing! Nothing was too much trouble. Big thanks to Michael Rowland for all his help and answering my many questions - HAHA and to Keith my trainer for ITIL 4, his teaching made me pass my exam and couldn't thank him enough as well. Amazing, amazing training provider - cant recommend them enough. Defo will be using them in the future! :)
