booked a flight, and for whatever reason the flight booking didn't go through even though there was still more than enough capacity on the plane!!

They charged me a fee for alleged “breach of minimum balance” while I never breached minimum balance. It is nearly impossible to contact their customer service team.

Several months ago they also held my incoming transfer for 17 days before returning it without any proper explanation. Their support was non existent back then as well.

They have very misleading pictures on their listings, probably Photoshopped to look 100x better than reality.

In reality the property was rotten, dirty and not maintained properly.

They act very difficult on purpose to try and not give you any refund after borderline scamming you.

They ask your email so they can send you unsolicited emails (SPAM).

Verschrikkelijk slechte school, met zeer slechte leerkrachten.
De leerkrachten kunnen niet deftig lesgeven.
Stuur je kind nog liever naar Noord Korea dan naar hier!

They've been freezing my money for almost 2 months!
& they've initially not provided any explanation or sent me any email.
After contacting their support countless times (over 7 times probably) the compliance department got in touch with me.
They requested a lot of documents and information, after which they took a while, and requested even more, took a while again, then they requested even more.
It takes ages to get a reply from them.
My money is currently still frozen on HSBC EXPAT while I've provided everything they asked for.
Outrageous!
