If there was a zero star option I would…

If there was a zero star option I would give it. I somehow ended up with a free and paid account, and the paid account kept automatically renewing even though I received no email. Blinkist claims they sent them, so zero benefit of the doubt given. These people are money hungry it seems and Im not the only one posting this issue. After going back-and-forth with them online for multiple days, it is not worth your time. Find another service. This one is pathetic and they do not care about their customer or potential customers.
