Unreasonable cost increases without warning

When you least expect it, their hidden auto-renew 500% cost increase arrives without warning. Following polite requests for reasonable cost increases, unfortunaley there is no flexibility, no negotiation and no understanding. Why deal with a company that sneakily tries to fill their coffers? Not for me thank you.

Excellent summaries and fast, fair customer support

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Five Stars – Great Content and Even Better Customer Support

I signed up for Blinkist at $139.99 for the year and shortly after saw an in-app offer for $79.99 for the first year. I emailed support expecting a long back-and-forth, but they refunded me $70 the same day. That alone impressed me.

As for the actual product — I listened to about an hour of Blinkist right after signing up, focusing on AI topics, and it was fantastic. The summaries were clear, easy to follow, and gave me a great high-level understanding of the history of AI, major companies and players, foundational concepts, and how AI is developing in the U.S. and China. It felt like a crash course without being overwhelming.

I honestly feel like I already got my money’s worth in the first night. I love that I can listen on the go — in my car, on my phone, or at night — and still feel like I’m learning something meaningful. I plan on making this a daily habit because it’s an easy way to grow, stay informed, and use my time better.

Great content, great audio, and top-tier customer service. Highly recommend.
