I would give this zero stars if…
I would give this zero stars if possible. The website auto billed me way over my one time use. The owner of this business started screaming on the phone when I pointed out the fraudulent activity, no trace of receipts, and overpayment. This company billed me over a yr's payment in only several months. I am a single woman trying to make it and this business, if you want to call it that, had no mercy or sense of reason. They must be really low life attorneys to attack women and not admit their lack of accounting and scamming instead.

Based on what you described, it appears that a monthly or yearly subscription may have been selected instead of a one-time document purchase. The receipt and the initial confirmation email sent at signup include all subscription details, including the billing schedule.
