Impossible to cancel subscription.
Website worked but cancelation button does not work. It goes on loop asking to login.
Then to ask to cancel via chat one has to add the numbers of the CC. Then talk to an agent, then wait for 30 minutes for a confirmation email.
Edit 1: changing from 3 to 1 stars.
No email of cancellation like promised.
Now asking to call a premium number to cancel.
Edit2: Said he had canceled my payment + offered some generic info pdf in exchange for me to deleting this honest feedback.
