Unhelpful - all three agents
I spoke too soon- before checking whether I had been helped effectively. Nearly two weeks now I took two plans - only one is working. All three agents failed to get my line for the second plan working since 20th January.
And today I was asking for it to be set up at last but no, the number I asked for the second plan is still disconnected and another is going to voicemail because ID insists on sending a verification code text to a non working number.
