Unhelpful - all three agents

I spoke too soon- before checking whether I had been helped effectively. Nearly two weeks now I took two plans - only one is working. All three agents failed to get my line for the second plan working since 20th January.

And today I was asking for it to be set up at last but no, the number I asked for the second plan is still disconnected and another is going to voicemail because ID insists on sending a verification code text to a non working number.

Thank you for updating your review and for explaining what’s been happening we’re really sorry to hear about the ongoing issues with your second plan and the frustration this has caused, especially after speaking with multiple agents.

We completely understand how disappointing it must be to wait nearly two weeks and still not have your second line working. The situation you’ve described, where a verification code is being sent to a number that isn’t yet active, is clearly not the experience we want for our customers.

We’ve tried to reach you by phone today but reached your voicemail, so we’ve also sent you an email to make sure you can get in touch with us in a way that’s convenient for you. Once we’re able to connect, we’ll make this a priority and work to get your second plan set up properly as quickly as possible.
