Horrible Experience
Horrible experience. Requested same information multiple times. Loan officer went on leave after first week then week later their backup went on leave. We were bounced between 5 different people, each of which requested info that we already sent and uploaded online. Our closing date was delayed twice.
We used Navy Federal on a previous purchase that went so smoothly that we decided to use then again. That was a mistake we won't make again.
Our credit, income and qualifications were great, yet they treated us as if they were poor and didn't want our business.
