Can’t make a deposit…

I have not been able to make a deposit & no one helps me. I had this account since December, I’ve even drove 2 hours out just to find out the branch is no longer there.

Fast efficient, and informative

A friend of mine recommended Navy Federal, saying they are reliable and willing to assist with loans and other investment opportunities. I opened an account about two months ago and have been very pleased with their customer service. Whenever I have a question, they take the time to explain everything and encourage me to ask more if I’m not completely satisfied. I never felt rushed or unimportant. I applied for a pre-approved loan and was approved right away. I also spoke with a customer service representative about the process and felt confident that I made the right decision. The woman at the branch in Round Rock, Austin, was very helpful too. Navy Federal did an excellent job.

No Vacation Hassles

I've been to other countries on vacation twice since changing to NFCU. I have use the NFCU Visa card many time and never had any problem. On the last vacation I didn't even enter a vacation notice. Still no problem. Previously I had a USAA Visa and was irritated every time I went on vacation and tried to use it an got a fraud alert and had to call them. Yes I said that in 2025, I had to call them. No in-app or email "it's me" button to click. I had to call them and waste 20 min of my vacation time with their antiquated, overly fraud sensitive, nonsense excuse for a Visa card.

Navy Federal became my family and an instant

First of all your credit Union, and the way that your missions and values are towards the members of the US military, and other branches in their spouses and dependence, Navy Federal definitely lives in beyond their mission that go above and beyond to even talk to customers as my self about just things and it feels so wonderful to be able to feel great about that and calling into customer service. A Great Financial Advisor

Veston has been my financial advisor for many years now and his knowledge, professionalism, ability to explain, and guidance has been instrumental in my financial decisions and reason I've had my children and now grown kids use him as their financial adviser. In fact my son recently bought a new home in California as a single young man of 29 through investing and guidance and collaboration with Veston and my daughter is positioned to do the same when the time comes.
