Bought the device for my son and have been using it for a year now. It’s fantastic and great motivation for him to try and improve his stats. Customer support generally responds promptly and are very helpful, although the past week they have been slow, but once engaged they fixed my issue within minutes. Overall it is a great product although I think the device should allow for recording of training and match activities in the same session as some times kids have a training session followed by a match. Also it would be great if the software allows for pausing during activity especially during matches since substitutions are regular. I highly recommend the product.
