Very good product
I recently purchased a phone case from pitaka and have to say, the product quality is exceptional — very premium, chic, and feels great in the hand. Unfortunately, my case did break, and I later found out that this type of damage wasn’t covered under their warranty.
Despite that, the support team went above and beyond and still offered me a replacement. Truly impressive customer service!
Big kudos to the team — not only are the products top-notch, but the way they treat their customers sets them apart. Highly recommended!
