No updates and delays

Ordered on 29 Jan, saying delivery estimate 06th to 10th of Feb, so far not even shipped yet and no way to have info on how long takes. Absolutely disappointed as from a Trillion £ company you gonna expect a bit more professional responses

Unbelievable! A tech store of A.C. era

Unbelievable! It's been 3 days, and this scammers did paid my items left at the shop. No phone number or live chat, they said can contact them by email (ages to get an answer) or via socials. A tech company with the technology of A.C. era....no words! And still after many emails still I don't see the payment yet! Decided to report it at the Trade Standards at the end.

As outlined in your previous review, we do not have a dedicated contact line however our customers can get in touch with us via our support page or social media channels in case of any discrepancies with their order.

Since you were in touch with us via an unregistered email address, we were unable to investigate it further due to security reasons. Our store also left a voicemail suggesting an outcome about the order.

If you are happy with the changes, you can reply to the email thread via the registered email address and I will look into this.

Quick, efficient and respectful

Let's start from communication: If you are looking for a company that knows what after sales it's means, this is the right ones! Prompt and clear answers if you have any doubt on what you can throw in the skip and what not.
Delivery and collection: My dogs are very attentive and any noise they are getting in alert. The delivery day no one realised that the skip was ready at the door, quickly and very respectful.
Price: average price, but with a great customer service.

One of the most terrifying businesses!

One of the most terrifying businesses!
It's the 3rd time I go to sell and always there is an issue, pulling down the price and sometimes I have to wait days before someone decide to make a payment via banking! This business should be reported and this is what I will do! No phone number, no a live chat and no customer service at all! I have wasted so far £42 between petrol and congestion charges because no one is able to contact the customers via email, one call only with a private number and if you don't answer who cares. This business it's the shame of the UK! Cash Converters is quicker, much friendly and less fussy!
