Use another provider - Lyca are nothing but a headache!
Absolute worst mobile company to deal with. Been trying to cancel a monthly contract since October. They are demanding ID to do so. Smacks of scammers to me. Now threatening with credit agencies. Formal complaint raised and to Ofcom. It should not be this hard to cancel.
