None of the customer support team knew the rootcause
None of the customer support team member know whats was the exact issue. I got stuck 2 days without SIm card because of that. Finally one indian girl got the main issue unblocked my SIm then i was able to login into the app and request for new SIM. It has been very frustrating and stressful week for me due to poor knowledge.
