The shipping time was terrible, I was told between 7-10days, it was nearly 3 weeks. During those 3 weeks I kept getting notifications it won't be long now, and I was also contacted by phone and emails trying to sell me extra items, very annoying. I brought 2 pillows; my husband is still using his, he's not entirely happy but trying to stick with it. I had to stop using mine after a week, my neck and back hurt something terrible, guess it's not suited to everyone. For us it was honestly a waste of money.
