First of all stop, changing agents at all. Choose one ( not a team based), and only play him/her. Do not try to understand and listen to anyone in your team, just play your game. DO NOT be toxic , trust me you are not helping your teammates by being toxic. Always try to play around your teammates, so you can bait them for now ( in future it will also be very helpful, , but not for baiting but for not giving any 1 v 1s). Trust the process. This will be enough to reach Platinum, from there , you have to start playing around your team , and playing more suitable agents I guess. And always have fun , it is just a game.
