"Effortless E-Learning Creation with Intuitive Tools and Seamless Collaboration"
What do you like best about Articulate 360?

I completely love how Articulate 360 smooths out the entire process of e-learning creation. Rise is excellent to create clean and responsive courses fast and Storyline gives me complete control when I want something more personalized.

Templates, media library, and the review tool save a lot of time and make collaboration easy. I like its interface, it’s super intuitive for me to make courses, it lets me create courses and not have to get stuck on menus. I love the pace at which I can prototype ideas - Rise, in particular, helps me polish things up quickly. The frequent updates and new features make the tool seem like it’s evolving with my needs. The Review 360 feedback system is a life-saver when liaising with SMEs and stakeholders. It allows me to build easy-to-configure modules or fully interactive experiences depending on the project. What do you dislike about Articulate 360?

Some features still feel limited, especially in Rise when I want more customization. Storyline can get a bit heavy and slow at times, and publishing large courses takes longer than I’d like. It’s also a subscription that adds up, so I wish the pricing was a little more flexible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Empowers eLearning with few customization challenges"
What do you like best about Articulate 360?

I really like how accessible Articulate 360 is for our team to create content on-demand with professional quality and consistency. Its templates, asset library, and review features, along with the new AI add-on capabilities, streamline collaboration and ease up content development. Review 360 makes it simple for all team members to provide and review feedback in one place, allowing us to adapt quickly. It's very easy to onboard and manage users/licenses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Articulate 360?

Advanced customization and complex interactions in the storyline require a steeper learning curve for new or occasional users. Reporting and analytics rely heavily on the connected Learning Management System, as the platform itself provides limited insights. More built-in reporting and learning insights beyond basic tracking would be beneficial. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Dynamic Content Creation with a Learning Curve"
What do you like best about Articulate 360?

I use Articulate 360 for creating content, slide shows, video trainings, and storytelling. I like the fact that it is easy to use (after the initial trial) and allows for dynamic trainings. The templates in Articulate 360 are very helpful. Sometimes you need a good starting point for a presentation or a training module, and using one of the predefined templates gives me good ideas and a perspective to fit into my training. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Articulate 360?

The initial set-up took some time to master. The learning curve in the beginning is not so easy, but once you get the hang of it, it's a breeze. The current level of AI is still not perfect. I think that could get some improvement, especially with the competition from other e-learning content creation tools. It requires already some good knowledge of e-learning authoring software to get the most out of it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Clean and Simple Interface, but Module Access Could Be Easier for Low Skill Computer Users"
What do you like best about Articulate 360?

I believe, so far, what I like the best about Articulate 360 is how clean it is. I love the simplicity of it. It is straight to the point, but also incredibly engaging at the same time. I also love how easy it is to use. With how we make modules now, it can be time consuming, but with Articulate, it cuts the time down in half for how long it takes to make a module. Super awesome! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Articulate 360?

I know this is not the case for everyone who uses Articulate 360, so this is more personal than it is general, but my coworker and I wish that there was an easier to open a module made from Articulate when uploaded to our LMS. A lot of our stores use Chromebooks, and many people using these Chromebooks don't have every day access to a computer, so their computer skills are low. I believe that Articulate opening in a new tab can often times be confusing for those who are not skilled. Other than that though, no complaints here! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Impressive!"
What do you like best about Articulate 360?

I've been using Articulate Storyline for about 15 years and am constantly impressed with their updates, training, and community. It's easy to search for solutions, find templates, and participate in the elearning challenges. They have a fantastic team of support techs and engineers. I've only had to use them twice over the years and both times they were determined to resolve the issue, regardless of the hours involved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Articulate 360?

Nothing that I can think of. I used to refer to Articulate Storyline as PowerPoint on steroids but it has evolved way beyond that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great eLearning Authoring Tool"
What do you like best about Articulate 360?

I like that I can create engaging eLearning courses with very few restrictions. Articulate products are industry-standard and the vast majority of clients are familiar with it, meaning that it is a tool that we use most days.

The online community is the best that I have seen, with support coming from staff and other users.

The new localisation tools look like they're on track to save developers a lot of time, and from what I'm told by native German speakers, the quality of the German translations is good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Articulate 360?

It can be frustrating when a bug appears in a course I've built that hasn't been caused by something I've done. For example, sometimes a graphic might be corrupt and break an animation or the way a slides loads. It can be very time-consuming trying to find the issue when it isn't something obvious or expected.

I don't like that every element on a screen defaults to being visible to accessibility tools. It would be more time-efficient for me to add only what I need to be included.

I would like to see some refinements made to the new localisation tools. I think that reviewers/validators will find the editing pane confusing for Storyline courses as the on-screen text is broken up in to a lot of different boxes. The process is a lot simpler for Rise and I would like to see the validation approaches for both Storyline and Rise aligned where possible (text styling, single editible text boxes etc). "User and Learning Experience with Articualte 360"
What do you like best about Articulate 360?

Having Storyline 360 for those complex, slide-based interactions and Rise 360 for quick, responsive modules means I can easily pick the perfect tool for the job without any hassle of switching platforms!

I love that I have access to a great selection of high-quality assets like images, icons, characters, and prebuilt themes. It saves me so much time finding visuals, and it keeps my courses looking sharp and professional.

Plus, when stakeholders can leave feedback directly on the slides or lesson blocks, it just makes everything smoother. No more endless email threads, and every comment is right where it needs to be for quick revisions! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Articulate 360?

Articulate 360 can feel pricey if you only use a few tools, especially for smaller teams or individual creators.

While basic slide creation is easy, mastering variables, triggers, and custom interactions takes time and practice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Learning Module Creation with Flexibility"
What do you like best about Articulate 360?

I really like how flexible and easy to use Articulate 360 is. It offers a lot of different options for different types of engagement, which is great for the various content I need to provide my staff. It's easy to be creative and keep my team engaged with their training. The different options available for displaying content make it easier for me to explain complicated features and processes in an easy-to-digest and understandable way. The setup is also super easy; it's pretty much plug and play with a lot of tutorials available, and I was able to start using it right away. Everything is very user-friendly and made sense from day one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Articulate 360?

"I like it! But I want to love it."
What do you like best about Articulate 360?

What I like best about Articulate 360 is how easy it is to use paired with the ease of integration and the low learning curve for our users. I'm a one-man L&D team and Articulate 360 makes my job so much easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Articulate 360?

I began using Articulate 360 sort of late in the game so to speak. At this point, the product feels dated in terms of its interactive features and design capabilities. This is more specific to Rise (I don't have the time nor the bandwidth to become proficient in Storyline) and it sometimes the blocks feel played out and unoriginal. It's clear this was not always the case, but it is frustrating to read questions/feedback on E-Learning Heroes that were raised years ago with no movement or acknowledgement. I'm also bored of AI integrations when everyone just uses ChatGPT anyway. I'd much rather have new interactive blocks, built in games, and design capabilities that are more up to speed with current adult learning trends and needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
