As a manager, I work in Basware regularly to reference, verify, and approve invoices, and it has been a solid, dependable tool in our Accounts Payable process. One of the biggest benefits is the visibility it provides. Being able to quickly see invoice status, supporting documentation, and approval history makes it much easier to verify accuracy and keep things moving without unnecessary back-and-forth. The search functionality can be a bit challenging at times. Having to use all capital letters for certain searches isn’t very intuitive and can be frustrating, especially for users who are in the system frequently and need to move quickly.
