What do you dislike about Carta?

What do you like best about Carta?

1. Most people know about Carta investors are comfortable with this

2. Carta has a good community to reach out to

What do you dislike about Carta?

1. Very complicated to use as compared to the other competitors

2. Bad practices of onboarding customers such as if there are mutual investors then Carta is mandatory as a captable platform (if you are raising funds be sure to negotiate and not have Carta in the Term Sheets etc.)

3. Very expensive as compared to the competitrs

4. No Customer Support for smaller clients what so ever and the customer success is really rude.
