What do you like best about ISL Online?

I like that ISL Online is quick, easy to use, and can be installed on almost every system. I have used it on mobile phones, Macs, and Windows, and it's been incredibly useful in every scenario. I appreciate being able to demonstrate to customers how to use software or processes, and enjoy being able to resolve issues expediently while letting customers relax. The support from the ISL Online team was much better than I experienced with previous products, and their assistance made our migration easy. The initial setup was always smooth with scripted installations, allowing us to inject passwords and group setups efficiently, ensuring we knew exactly where everything was in our list of computers. What do you dislike about ISL Online?

What do you like best about ISL Online?

What I value most about ISL Online is its strong focus on security. Features like one-time on-demand connections give me a lot of peace of mind, as they prevent leaving sessions open on users' devices.

Ease of use is another strong point. From the operator's side, the visualization of remote screens is clear and smooth, making support intuitive and efficient. In fact, we generate a high frequency of use and so far we have not encountered any difficulties.

I also highlight its ease of integration with other tools in the area, which allows us to provide a more complete and organized follow-up for each case.

What do you dislike about ISL Online?

What do you like best about ISL Online?

The ease of remotely accessing computer-controlled equipment, the desktop link that we adapt with the company's image is very easy to install and offers a very good support image. It allows us to track issues even if the sessions are very long by pausing them and reconnecting when necessary as long as the connection hasn't been lost. What do you like best about ISL Online?

I really like the versatility of ISL Online and how easily clients can connect. It is very smooth and simple for a client to run the application and allow remote desktop access. Tools like the pen and arrow are useful for pointing things out to the end client. Additionally, the security it offers surpasses other solutions we used before like TeamViewer and AnyDesk. "Effortless Remote Access with Custom Links and Unbeatable Value"
What do you like best about ISL Online?

ISL is a very easy to use remote software. My favorite thing is the Custom Deployment Link. You can customize the link you send so that even the least tech savvy can just open the file and you have access. This link even allows it to be put into groups so that you do not have to go back into the portal later to organize. Another feature I really like is saving links to my desktop. I just name a link that I frequently use like Accounting Desk 1. I can just double click that shortcut to access. I do not have to log into ISL and find it in my lists of computers. It has every feature you could want in a remote desktop support tool. It is also far below the cost of the competition so it is a win win. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ISL Online?

The only thing you could consider a downside in my opinion is you download a shortcut for each remote desktop you are accessing. This could be annoying if they are not frequent you just end up deleting these. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ISL Online?

The software is very easy to use, has practical options, and provides real security for the support team members as well as the users. The ability to add the request for validation by the assisted user before connection is perfect for VIP and IRP profiles. Moreover, the integrated system blocking the display of the user's wallpaper is very well thought out and allows us to keep our colleagues' confidentiality untouched. The installation and implementation of the application is also surprisingly easy, and a plus for customer support. I use this software daily as part of my customer support missions, and it allows me to connect to the company's workstations, personal computers, and mobile phones. What do you like best about ISL Online?

I like ISL Online because it offers a cheaper and simpler solution to set up compared to the software we used before. The interface is easy, and with Aloys ON, we are sure that it is easy to access the machines, especially with the client running in the background on Windows. The ease of setting up the client is a fundamental part of the process for us. Additionally, the commercial support is very good in Brazil, which was a difficulty with the previous German suppliers. The setup process was extremely easy, thanks to a 40-minute video on YouTube sent by the sales team that made everything simple to follow and configure. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ISL Online?

I think the link you create to associate that client, that device with your company, we could already leave it somewhat parameterized, and we don't have this option, so we always need to re-parameterize and put them there. And if you use Microsoft 365 with Intune managing deployment, this type of installation is even more difficult because you have to create 2 scripts, 1 to install and 1 to configure. What do you like best about ISL Online?

I mainly like the security, reliability, and reach of ISL Online, as we can connect to multiple devices on any operating system. We appreciate that the initial setup was quite simple, and in less than 10 minutes we were already able to make remote connections. Additionally, ISL Online far surpasses the security when making a remote connection compared to AnyDesk and TeamViewer. What do you dislike about ISL Online?
