One thing that Keka can improve is their overall web app performance, it sometimes lags which impacts work sometimes. But I feel this is something that will be achieved when the product is mature. What do you like best about Keka?

Keka is a very user-friendly and easy-to-understand HR and payroll software. The interface is clean and intuitive, so even new users can get comfortable with it quickly. One of the best things about Keka is how smoothly payroll can be processed — the entire payroll run can be completed in just 6 simple steps, which saves a lot of time and manual effort.

I am really impressed by the "Wall of Recognition" and social feed it adds a layer of engagement that most HR tools lack. Its also the first system I've used where the "Shift Rostering" for complex, rotating schedules actually works without manual intervention. I have noticed that the report generation for deep dive historical data sometimes takes a few minutes to process during month end peaks.
