I really appreciate the simplicity of Snagit most of all. I definitely like how it shows all my previous screenshots on the screen, and I can go through those very easily. It's really nice having everything right in front of me so I can scroll through and look at my previous screenshots to see what I was working on, or what a particular setting needs to be. It keeps everything organized, making it easy to go back weeks or months. I also find the initial setup very easy, just an install and setting up the hotkey I wanted to use.

I like Snagit for its ease of use and how it helps document processes to share with the staff. The video capture tool makes it easy to create a quick video, either for one person or the entire organization, and share it quickly. The initial setup was very easy.

It is easy to use to take pictures or videos of my screen whether it is part of my screen or the entire screen. I tend to use it every day. I never really had to call customer support as it is straightforward to use. There are probably more features that I have not used so I look forward to exploring them once I get the time.
