NEKOPARA After [Note 2] is a singleplayer adult visual novel game developed and published by NEKO WORKs. It is a direct sequel to Vol.4 within the NEKOPARA series.
It was released worldwide on June 30, 2025, with a localized English release by Sekai Project being released on Steam and Sekai Project's Denpasoft adult game store. Overseas version of the game on Steam have the adult contents removed and requires an optional patch to restore it.
