Big asortiment, good price. Just delivery to Norway is long term. About two weeks delivery and return goods cost plus enought big price.

No customer support for warranty issues
The motor of the breast pump I ordered from Babymarkt broke less than a year after purchase. I contacted the email address on the invoice on 28 December but that email address does not appear to be operational, as I never received any response. When I contacted Babymarkt via their website, they told me they do not handle orders placed before 1 July 2025 and advised me to contact the same non-functioning email address again. My warranty claim is not progressing at all.
Update:
After receiving the response below, I sent an email to the address provided on January 15. I still have not received any response.

Avoid this website if you don’t want to lose both your money and the product
I purchased a Cybex stroller for €390 and in less than a year the backrest mechanism broke. For a product in this price range, this is unacceptable.
The customer service was terrible: for over 3 months I was bounced from one email address to another without any solution. I was initially promised a partial refund, which never arrived.
Very disappointing experience. I strongly do not recommend purchasing, unless you want to risk losing both your money and the product.
I tried to contact them to resolve the issue after they replied to my Trustpilot review, but nothing changed. No solution was offered and the problem is still unresolved. For this reason, I strongly recommend not buying anything from this website.

No Assistance for Warranty Issues
On October 30th, I posted here a complaint about my son’s stroller from the brand ABC Design which was purchased at Babymarkt, and so far I have not received any assistance from the company. The company asked me to send an email, and I did so. I have already sent three emails and have yet to receive any response regarding my situation. It is a tremendous lack of respect from the company — there is no support provided for products that are still under warranty. I am extremely disappointed.

Disaster
I ordered stroller from this site Cybex Eezy Twist +2 and I already paid for it in front.
I waited for 7 days for the delivery and I got the email that stroller can’t be delivered, name a new address and it’s shipped back to the factory.
When I told them that no one called me or contacted me or leave me a package they were like Okay you we can redeliver it but You have to pay for the new stroller and lazer we will refund the first stroller. This is a joke.
Still waiting for the stroller and for the refund.

Very happy
Very happy. Very quick. Loved it. Thankyou so much. Costumer Service 5 stars for sure.
I strongly advise against buying from…
I strongly advise against buying from Babymarkt. This company is a complete scam and does not respect basic consumer rights.
• There is no clear information on how to handle returns.
• No contact number to reach them.
• Emails and web forms go completely unanswered.
I bought a milk pump in June, and by September both units stopped working. According to EU law, there is a two-year warranty, but Baby Market refuses to respect it. Instead, I received an email saying they changed ownership and will not accept warranty claims for orders placed before July. This is blatantly illegal under EU consumer law.
They take zero responsibility, ignore all communication, and leave customers stranded with broken products.
Warning: Do not waste your money here. This company does not respect the law, their customers, or even the most basic consumer protections.

The worst company that ever seen
The worst company that ever seen. I ordered a Cybex stroller during a discount on Babymarkt.com. They didn’t even ship my order and canceled it on their own. When I emailed about the issue, I received rude responses like “write your address correctly.”
They also promised to resend the order but were just stalling. There’s no phone number on their website, so contacting them is impossible. Most “discounted” prices are misleading—they sell products they never actually ship. Completely unreliable, a waste of time and energy. I will never use this site again.

Very good experience
I ordered 2 mattresses from this site. They are wonderful. The quality is great. My parcel was delivered to Danmark so quickly. I also ordered 2 sheets for my mattress. One of them was great but another one was bigger than I need. I sent a letter to Babymarkt's service center and they came my money back and left these sheets. They were so kind and helpful.
Does not comply with EU consumer protection law
Warranty claim is in non compliance of EU consumer protection laws.
I'm leaving edits at the top. See original review below these edits.
EDIT 1: ECC has ruled in favour of consumer as per consumer protection laws.
EDIT 2: babymarkt is refusing to honour ECC mediated resolution, which babymarkt themselves accepted with ECC a short while ago (I need to get some popcorn, this is getting hilarious).
EDIT 3: yay, got new ECC case going against them lmao. maybe babymarkt should stick to their agreed resolution?
Reply to babymarkt:
Please be in contact with ECC-net directly, and as per their advice, I am not to be in contact with you or to negotiate your newly proposed solutions. Everything should go through ECC mediation. They have legal rights to represent me, so please contact them.
[Original review below]
Currently ongoing ECC-net mediated consumer protection case going against babymarkt (formerly pinkorblue) for failure to comply with EU consumer protection laws, in addition to unacceptable response times, failure to respond, and pressuring the consumer to go through with their favourable option by unilaterally deciding on behalf of the consumer (going against consumer protection laws again) that something needs to be done their way.
Overall very unethical and immoral business if this is how they operate - keeping their best interests above EU consumer protection law.
To others who have experienced any issues or conflicts with this company or its sibling companies: please file a complaint or open a case with ECC-net. It is free and their goal is to protect the consumer's rights, not the business' best interests.
If there are enough complaints, ECC may refer this company to be audited by a German authority. The more valid complaints, the better it is for consumers.
The company "closing" its foreign web shops does not grant them immunity to ignore complaints or warranty related issues. They still have the legal obligation to comply with consumer law, so just contact them through their german website. Check with ECC and they can give free legal advice on your rights as a consumer and what to do next if babymarkt is ignoring you.
Product wise: pricing is fair, though of course if not on discount they are overcharging. Product quality is barely acceptable, though newer products (from my experience) are designed to fail easily - such as my current warranty claim.
Appalling and rude customer service staff.

Ordered never received and no interest to solve my problem
I've ordered a trampoline as a gift for my children for summer vacation in the first part of June. Today is 21 July and I did not received it, I only got one package out of two. Instead of resending me the lost package your proposal was that I send back the package I have received and I will get a refund. So in this story all I have it's to lose : I lose time waiting, the summer vacation it's almost gone and my kids cannot enjoy the trampoline, I will lose time sending back the package I received (and probably money too) and you don't even bother at all to fix my problem.
When for you it's a very simple way to solve this, you only need to resend me the package that got lost and you will recover your lost from the delivery company (DHL). Why is this so hard for you to do? You really have no respect for your clients?
Update: so now you raised an official complain and as a result your company resent me another trampoline in an urgent way.
But we already had an agreement via the emails that I must restore the half ordered that I received and you will refund me. You did not accepted to resend the lost package and insisted that I send back the one I received.
So I did as you instructed.
As I was expecting a refund, I already ordered a trampoline from a different company.
And now you sent me the trampoline again instead of a refund.
So after I lost time and energy , now I lose my money too and have two trampolines??
This was suppose to be a gift for my children for the summer vacation and we lost half of this vacation waiting for you to solve this issue and now you answer me, after 2 months since I place the order ?

SIDS risk dismissed – Babymarkt showed no care, no responsibility
While heavily pregnant, we ordered a co-sleeper from Babymarkt. What we received was immediately concerning: the bed wobbled, creaked, and felt unstable, even when properly secured with the provided straps. This is supposed to be a safe space for a newborn.
We sent clear video evidence of the issue. Instead of helping, Babymarkt passed us off to the manufacturer (claiming they’re “closing”), who correctly referred us back to the seller. Their claims department then blamed us for improper assembly, without ever truly addressing the video proof.
Luckily, a friend gifted us the exact same bed model from the same brand — and it’s perfectly stable. Comparing the two side by side, it’s clear our original product from Babymarkt has a manufacturing defect.
What hurts most is that Babymarkt abandoned us during such a vulnerable moment. We’re talking about the safety of a newborn baby. An unstable co-sleeper isn’t just annoying — in worst-case scenarios, it could contribute to SIDS (Sudden Infant Death Syndrome) if a baby becomes trapped or shifts into a dangerous position.
The fact that Babymarkt brushed this off is deeply upsetting. I strongly advise expecting parents to look elsewhere. This company doesn’t provide support, accountability, or safe standards for baby products.

I’m very disappointed with…
I’m very disappointed with BabyMarkt.dk. We bought a stroller from their Danish site which turned out to be clearly defective — it’s visibly tilted, and our baby keeps sliding downward while seated. Despite providing detailed descriptions and video proof showing the 3-degree tilt, we’ve had no progress for weeks. Their technical support is extremely hard to reach, slow to respond, and has not offered any meaningful resolution. We've been stuck in back-and-forth emails for over a month with no outcome, even though the product is under warranty. I’ve now had to contact the manufacturer directly to seek help — something that shouldn’t be necessary. Poor service for something as essential as a baby stroller. Would not recommend.
Edit: On top after 1 month of back and worth they came back with an email that they are closed for month July and that I should get in touch with their German entity... Just next level unprofessional.
