It has activated the entire family, and we now ventilate the home 4-5 times a day.

We love our Birdie! He makes us smile because he looks so cute, hanging on our wall. It is Danish design. We are from the Netherlands but we love Danmark and are great fans of it’s designers. The most important thing is that Birdie reminds us that we have to ventilatie the room, what is very important for our health. We can recommend giving this little bird a home! He watches over us and we look after him (by looking at him) to make sure he is ok. Win win.👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Got this as a Christmas present. It worked at first. Now, it no longer drops when CO2 goes above 1000ppm (measured by Aranet4). Recharged back to green.

I am in love with this little bird. The beautiful design lines, the nice color and the way it ”faints” when the air quality gets bad - simply genius! I have it for a week now and I have already learned a lot about the CO2 levels in my home and how different activities impact them. And yes! I am opening the windows more often now.
Birdie was super-simple to setup. Basically just charge it and mount it on the wall and that's it! Activated! I have used the sticky tape to mount it and it works perfect.
Bonus points for the delivery! It was quick and smooth, even in the days before Christmas.

I bought a wooden Birdie around Black Friday as a Christmas present for my husband. On Christmas Day he opened his gift, but unfortunately the base of the bird had been broken during transport, should have checked before wrapping it of course but I forgot. I sent an email to Birdie on Christmas Day explaining the problem and I did not expect an answer until after new year. The morning of second Christmas Day (!) I already had an answer that a new bird was on the way, order confirmation and everything in my mailbox and instructions on how to install it! What great customer support and dedication!

The Birdie itself is a great tool to check air quality. You really want to open the windows, when Birdie hangs down. The respond time is extremely short and if you got a problem like me (broken Birdie in the parcel) the team solve it immediately. It’s not the last Birdie I bought, because it’s also a very nice present.

Birdie exceeded my expectations. The design is thoughtfully crafted, the build is solid, and the packaging is exceptional. Highly recommend!!

Please never again with UPS

This is my second order from Switzerland and UPS is used as forwarder. Again, it did not work. Last time I used our company account to call UPS agent, they delivered afterwards-

This time, delivery was anounced by last Thursday and delayed to Friday afternoon. I could not change this on UPS webpage "unknown error". I called the sevice, the nice guy redirected it to a shop nearby (5km drive). 5 days later, I tried to pick it up - nothing. Delivery status "delayed". Call the service, go throug different sub-menus. After 10 minutes a person take the call, the procedure starts again (tracking number, adress, name (luckily they did not ask the name of my first girl friend....)

Now they will come back within an hour because the driver was not informed about the re-direction....

If I ever will bye a birdie again, not if it will be delivered by UPS

Birdie's customer service was the BEST !!!

I haven’t received my Birdie yet because it has just been sent, but I just had to highlight the amazing customer care. Even though the product was sold out and the waiting time was supposed to be several weeks, they managed to ship it to me quickly and were incredibly kind throughout the process. I truly appreciate their efficiency and dedication. I can’t wait to receive my Birdie, and I’m sure it will live up to my expectations!
